About the Myriad Ways

People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child — our own two eyes. All is a miracle.

Thich Nhat Hanh

There are as many ways to see the world as there are eyes to see it. In these pages I hope to share my perspective on being human as well as others I experience that speak to me intimately. I want to share creative projects, dreams and ideas. My goal is to produce a set of pages that is a good reflection of the diversity of human experience contained in my minute segment of time. Hopefully I will give an idea of how my life fits with what I see, a vast universe of human experience inside of a vast universe of wonders that are too big for us to ever completely hold in our conscious minds, but maybe come a little closer through intuition, symbols and metaphor, in stories and in poetry. I hope by expressing myself and showing what others have expressed to shed a sliver of light in the vast darkness and maybe give a few ideas of how others can shine their light.

This blog rocks! I gotta say, that I read a lot of blogs on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks, :)

    A definite great read.. ..
