A Random List About Me

1. My wife is my best friend.
2. My other best friends I have known since high school.
3. I was the second child of 4 and grew up in a two parent family.
4. I have a brother who is one year older.
5. I have two younger sisters.
6. I worked for Head Start for more than 10 years. 
7. I hate paperwork.
8. My work with children and families is an integral part of who I am.
9. I have 2 adult sons.
10. I have an adult daughter.
11. All of my children are in college.
12. My children have been home schooled.
13. I went to an alternative private high school.
14. I have a BA and went through most of the coursework for an elementary teaching credential.
15. My wife and I and my children have attended Unitarian Universalist churches in several communities.
16. Right now I am not attending a church.
17. I attended a Disciples of Christ church until I was nine with my mother.
18. I believe that any two people who want to get legally married should be able to.
19. I love to play my guitar and sing loudly.
20. I like to have conversations with children as well as open minded adults.
21. I am an introvert by nature.
22. I am an extrovert at work.
23. I am a recovering chronic insomniac.
24. I have always had an unreliable memory, but enough sleep and lists and a set schedule with time in the morning help me to overcome it.
25. I like to drink dark beer and eat chocolate, root beer floats and french fries, and peanut butter and bananas.
26. I play volleyball and tennis whenever I can get time or a partner.
27. I write poetry.
28. I like almost any kind of music even some opera (but not much).
29. I am always reading something.
30. I am always studying something.
